SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within 5-14 business days of you placing the order, depending on your location and the fastest available service.
Friendly Warning Alert:
If there is ever a promotional sale going on, or a back ordered product during that period. Our processing times will be extended to 7-25 business days.
The typical delivery time frame is between 1-3 business days, and The average delivery for USA time is between 5-14 days; however, you may receive your items much earlier.
Packages may be delayed beyond our control, such as customs or postal seasonal delays. Please allow us the entire 7-14 business days to process and ship your order under seasonal circumstances, same applies -( not including weekends or holidays) All orders will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. (please check your spam folder) larger orders may require additional time.
Invalid address
If your order is placed with the incorrect address please contact us asap to correct the information. If your package is shipped please reach out to the carrier to update your information. If your package is returned to us for any reason , you will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Lost / Stolen packages
If you have not received your package and it says delivered online, please file a claim with UPS or USPS. Once a claim has been filed the carrier will investigate. We do not issue any refunds for packages that states DELIVERED. Also check with your neighbors to see if anyone may have signed for you. Curvy Waist Gyals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact UPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
Rush Orders
We do not offer rush services. Please read shipping timeframe before placing your order. 7-14 business days for regular orders ( not including weekends) no exceptions. Larger orders may need more time to process.
